All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

  • Telecommunications carriers

  • Service providers necessary to deliver messages you have consented to receive

We implement strict data protection measures to safeguard your SMS opt-in information and consent records.

  • You are responsible for ensuring proper consent under applicable state laws.

  • Consent requirements vary by jurisdiction (one-party vs. two-party consent states).
